Rohit is responsible for finance and technology at PEX, including research and development, and compliance. Following 19 years in different IT and banking positions in Mauritius and India, he joined PEX in 2008 from SBM. In his role as Chief Technology Officer, he participated in the initial funding rounds, built the complete IT infrastructure and handled business development in Mauritius and Africa.
He was appointed Vice President, Finance and Technology, in 2015 and is actively engaged with capital restructuring.
